We currently offer delivery across Bangladesh with Cash on Delivery (COD) available.

- Inside Dhaka City: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka City: ৳130

- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Delivery time may occasionally vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Before Accepting Your Parcel
We strongly recommend checking your parcel in front of the delivery rider.
If you receive a product that is broken, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please inform us immediately while the rider is present and return the parcel.
Important: Complaints regarding broken or missing products may not be accepted after the delivery rider has left. However, if you have a clear unboxing video, we will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
