Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.
2. How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is:
- ৳70 inside Dhaka City
- ৳130 outside Dhaka City
3. How long does delivery take?
Normally:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
However, delivery may take longer in some situations due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances.
4. Do I need to pay in advance to place an order?
No advance payment is normally required for regular Cash on Delivery orders.

To place an order, we need:

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please check the parcel in front of the delivery rider. If the product is damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect, inform us immediately and return it to the rider.
A clear unboxing video is strongly recommended for any product-related claim.
7. Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?
Yes, a return for personal reasons may be considered depending on the product and condition. In such cases, the applicable delivery charge will be paid by the customer.
8. How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us by call or inbox before 7:00 PM on the day you place the order.
Orders are generally handed over to the courier after the daily order processing deadline, so cancellation after that time may not be possible.
9. How long does a refund take?
Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, the refund will normally be processed within 2–3 working days through bKash or bank account.
10. What if my electronic toy is not working?
If a battery-operated or rechargeable electronic toy has a mechanical or functional issue within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately. After verification, eligible products may qualify for replacement.
